This section is divided into two areas:

American Institute for Full Employment Publishes Special Article

The recent changes with AJB and national labor exchange have created opportunity for the on-line employment service industry. In an article that was directed to state employment services departments, the American Institute for Full Employment brings to light business models that will play a major roll in future partnerships between public and private business. As JobCentral.com is paving these roads alongside the evolution of state job boards, other private boards like workgiant.com are showing us that off-roading can make big strategic strides.

ATS Sourcing Data - 83% Inaccurate

In a sample of almost 63,000 applications, only one out of six candidates correctly responded to the question - "Where did you find us?"

As the leading job board for the retail industry, AllRetailJobs.com conducted a study to compare accurate tracking results versus those reported in drop-down boxes. In a sample of almost 63,000 applications, only one out of six candidates correctly responded to the question - "Where did you find us?"

Benefits of the Future: Successfully Tuning Benefits for a Workforce in Transition

The recent tightening of the labor market has continued to increase competition among employers trying to attract and retain workers—particularly skilled workers. As the Baby Boomer generation retires, the competition is expected to intensify further, leaving the proportionally smaller succeeding generations (the worker supply) to meet the growing demand for workers.

As employers seek ways to refine their recruitment and retention strategies to better compete for skilled workers, many will look to retune their compensation plans for a workforce with different expectations of work and benefits.
